Used these Ceramic Hybrid bearings to allow me to fit an FSA BB386 Evo crank in a BB86 bottom bracket. The FSA bottom bracket has bearings which are recessed into the bearing support, this allows more clearance for the crank and the fitting of a wave washer for a little bearing preload. The Enduro hybrid bearings are flush fitting with the housing and the BB386Evo crank won't fit correctly unless you reduce the width of the bottom bracket, I machined mine from 86.9mm to 85.6mm. I now have a perfectly fitting crank and only time will tell how long the bearings will last - got to be better than 4months/400 miles from the FSA bearings though.
