I found the windwheel bearings delivered with the whindwheel lacking in any corrosion resistance and they had rusted and seized up over winter.
Wych bearings replacements with seals were selected to replace them and were a simple swap.
There is little seal drag to the bearings giving no noticeable loss in rotation speed.

I bought these brgs to support the roller of a small home made wood sander and they did the job well. I needed them sealed to prevent sawdust ingress and to be robust enough to withstand any vibrations and they did the job well. Excellent value for money.

These bearings were purchased to repair an induction motor convector fan which would have cost three figures to replace. As a common problem on a high temperature operating motor an investment of less than a pound for materials and an hour of labour to keep a machine operating for another twenty four months makes good economic sense.
