6005ZJV Nilos Ring for 6005Z Deep Groove Ball Bearings

JV Type internally-sealing Nilos ring.

Nilos Rings are pressed galvanised steel seal rings for use with bearings. They are either Externally Sealing (AV) or Internally Sealing (JV). The sealing edge will wear a small groove into the bearing ring which will act as a labyrinth seal to help prevent the ingress of dirt and to hold grease in the bearing.

ZAV and ZJV types are designed for bearings with shields or seals already fitted.

Only suitable for Self Aligning bearings where the self aligning movement is less than 1°
