I ordered a wedge belt recently via initially a visit to your website. As I was unfamiliar with some of the terminology, I phoned your company and spoke to one of your staff who was excellent , even suggesting sending my old broken belt to you to ensure I received the correct size. That process obviously slowed things down slightly, but I was more than happy when only a few days later, my belt arrived and was just the job.
