When fitting these angular contact bearings ensure the load is applied to the inner ring on the black seal side of the bearing. Usually this means the black seal should be facing out.
Angular Contact Bearings:Enduro produce a line of Angular Contact (A/C) cartridge bearings specifically designed for hubs. In standard radial bearings, only 3 or 4 balls make contact during the load, at any given time. In Angular Contact (A/C) bearings, ALL balls are engaged and spread the force over a larger surface area, to decrease friction, and minimize wear. Wheel play can be adjusted out of the hub, to giving a more stable wheel, making it easier to adjust disc brakes, while still spinning freely.

Only 4 stars as only been in the bike 2 weeks, but fast delivery and good prices. My frame seemed to eat these bearings over the winter the last set from another bearing supplier only lasted 4 months of prime Welsh winter weather, had the frame stripped the last couple of days and these bearings are still mint so all good so far!
Bought these as part of a full mtb frame rebuild. Excellent qualtiy and price. Great range and easy to find the right bearings.
Just a word of warning for anyone that didn't notice...Enduro do not give guidance for fitting of these particular bearings.Wychbearings do! (Thanks Wychbearings).But if you missed it, note that the inner race is loaded from the side of the black seal. So, for most applications the black seal faces outwards.
